Pour in Blast Furnace 'C' in 1995

As with the first page of the pictures of the pour in 1995 these were taken in blast furnace 'C'. We were able to stay for the whole pour. I have been meaning to scan these in and finaly got round to it.

The above picture is one where I tried to capture the whole pour in 1 shot. I turned my camera at an angle and I think it shows the whole flow from furnace into the hot metal car which was sitting under the cast house floor.

The following shots are self explanatory. I just stood and took a whole roll of film. Most from the raised balconey type area near the front of the cast house where the office and changing room was. The pictures towards the end were taken after the pour was nearly over and we were allowed down on the casting house floor itself.
