After changing couplers, I got the idea of putting on a wood deck. I decided to
use coffee stir sticks for the deck. The locomotive is an MDC big hauler hat I had
heavily modified a few years ago. Butch Evernham built the wood framing to keep the
locomotive wheels in place.
I weathered the wood with a wash of deluted black paint and the metal center deck with paint and chalk.
I made the tie down chains from clips and chain from the AC Moore jewelry department.
